The piece de resistance is Walthamstow Wetlands. It’s a massive nature reserve in the middle of the city. You can go for a jog and see a heron. A heron! It’s practically a miracle.
And the market? One of the longest outdoor markets in Europe. Your fridge will be stocked with £2 avocados. The train into central is a bit of a drag, though. Bring a book and some patience.
