So, did you know that duck is actually a type of waterfowl? It's true! And, apparently, they're excellent swimmers. Who knew? Maybe that's why they're so good at hiding their fat under all that feather and fluff.
But, in all seriousness, cooking duck medium rare is all about experimentation and trial and error. It's not something you can just whip up without a little practice and patience.
