If you have hair, you can do two things: braid it with ribbons or make it as big as possible. I’ve seen people weave fake marigolds into their hair, which makes them look like they’re hosting a floral apocalypse. It’s fantastic.
If you’re bald or have short hair, don’t sweat it. Just paint a skeleton on your scalp or wear a wide-brimmed hat. My friend Maria spray-painted her shaved head silver and glued on a few flower petals. She looked like a space ancestor, and everyone wanted a selfie.
And remember: hairspray is your best friend. You’ll need it to keep your hairstyle from collapsing under the weight of your accessories. Or your tears, if you’re having a rough day.
