If you’re on a budget? Yes, absolutely. The XR is a steal right now—cheap, durable, and with a screen that’s still bright and colorful. It’s like buying a gently used pair of running shoes that still have miles of life left. You won’t run a marathon in them, but you’ll look good at the park.
But if you’re the type who craves the latest and greatest, maybe wait for a newer model. The iPhone 15 or 16 will get iOS 26 someday—whenever that magical year arrives. Until then, your XR is your chill, no-drama companion.
Final Thought: Don’t Stress About the Numbers
Look, iOS numbers are like shoe sizes—they matter, but they don’t define you. Your XR is a legend that still takes killer selfies, loads apps fast, and makes you look smart for not buying a brand-new phone every year. So, does it have iOS 26? Nope. Does it need it? Not a bit.
Now go enjoy your XR. Maybe take a picture of a cat. Or a spaceship. Just don’t ask it to fly—that’s what memes are for.
