The gameplay is all about freedom - you can roam the city, take on missions, or just mess around and have fun. The driving is sick, the shooting is satisfying, and the writing is hilarious. You'll be switching between characters, completing jobs, and upgrading your gear in no time.
The city itself is a character, with its bright colors, funky music, and over-the-top atmosphere. You'll feel like you're really there, cruising down the highway in a sports car or sneaking through alleys on a motorcycle. The graphics might not be cutting-edge, but they've got a certain retro charm that's hard to resist.
