Most sources agree on at least six major properties. But that’s a lowball estimate. Some say eight. Some say ten. I think she might have a secret house on the moon. I’m not ruling it out.
Let’s start with the obvious ones. The Beverly Hills mansion? Yes. A huge, historic estate. She bought it for about $25 million. It’s got a pool, a garden, and probably a room just for her cats. (I’m jealous of those cats.)
Then there’s the New York City places. Oh boy. She owns a townhouse in the historic Tribeca neighborhood. It’s a massive, sprawling thing. No, wait—she actually owns two adjoining townhouses. That’s right. She combines them. Like a Pokémon evolution, but for million-dollar apartments.
Don’t Forget the Summer Vibes
Next up: the Rhode Island beach house. It’s called Holiday House. It’s a gorgeous, shingled mansion right on the ocean. She throws parties there. (I wasn’t invited. Rude.) This property alone is worth about $17 million. It has seven bedrooms. Seven! That’s one bedroom for every day of the week. Very organized.
And then there’s the Nashville connection. She’s got a condo in the city. Also a farmhouse outside of town. The farmhouse is all rustic and cozy. She’s country, remember? She even owns a penthouse in Nashville’s swanky Adelicia building. That one has views of the river. It’s probably where she writes sad songs about ex-boyfriends. (You’re welcome, folklore.)
