Once you’re in, look for the “Profile & Settings” menu. On the app, it’s usually a little person icon or your name. Tap it. Then find the option that says “Change Address.” It’s not hiding—it’s right there, probably feeling lonely.
You’ll type in your new street address, city, state, and ZIP code. Pro tip: Check your typing twice. “123 Maple Ave” is not the same as “123 Maple St,” and you don’t want your new debit card going to a stranger named Steve. Hit submit, and boom—you’re done with the hard part.
What About Online Banking?
Yes, the website works too. Go to wellsfargo.com and log in. Same vibe: click your profile icon, select “Change Address,” and fill in the blanks. It’s almost too easy. You’ll get a confirmation number. Screenshot it. Trust me, you’ll forget it later, but it’s good to have.
One small catch: this method might only update your mailing address for statements and cards. If you have a joint account or complex stuff, don’t panic. We’ll cover that next.
