Last Tuesday, I got home late after a long day. I had a bag of pre-cooked shrimp, some frozen veggies, and leftover rice. My brain was fried.
I thawed the shrimp under cold water while the veggies steamed in the microwave. Then I tossed the shrimp in the hot vegetable pan for exactly 45 seconds. Dinner was ready in under 10 minutes.
It wasn't a Michelin-star meal. But it was warm, quick, and the shrimp were tender. That is the entire point. You don't need a recipe. You just need to be kind to the shrimp.
