Tapping on the three dots next to their name will give you a few options, including "Give Role" - select this and then choose the mod role you want to give them. If you don't already have a mod role set up, you can create one by going to "Settings" > "Roles" and tapping the "+" icon. Give your new role a name, like "Mod" or "Administrator", and then assign the necessary permissions.
Once you've given someone the mod role, they'll have the power to perform a variety of actions, such as managing channels, kicking or banning members, and more. This is super useful for keeping your server organized and running smoothly, especially if you're not around to manage it yourself. With great power comes great responsibility, though, so make sure you trust the person you're giving mod powers to!
