And, let me tell you, they certainly shook things up. With their catchy slogans like "Fair and Balanced" and "We Report, You Decide," they positioned themselves as the anti-CNN, if you will.
But, over the years, Fox has been accused of being everything from a Republican propaganda machine to a Trump apologist. And, while they've certainly had their fair share of controversies, it's worth noting that they've also broken some major stories and have been known to challenge the status quo. Like that time they hired Shepard Smith, who was known for his fact-based reporting and didn't exactly tow the party line.
