According to reports, Pat McAfee’s deal with ESPN is valued at a staggering $85 million over five years. Yes, you read that right—eighty-five. Million. That works out to about $17 million a year for being loud, opinionated, and wearing a neckline so deep it’s practically a V-neck into your soul. But before you cry “unfair,” remember: this isn’t just a paycheck for screaming. It’s a paycheck for building a media empire from scratch, one chaotic rant at a time.
Wait, Is That Just for Him?
Here’s the kicker—that $85 million isn’t all going into Pat’s personal piggy bank. A big chunk covers his entire show’s production costs, his crew’s salaries, and even his own talent fees. Think of it as a franchise deal, not a solo gig. Pat himself has joked that he’s “just the face of a happy, expensive machine.” Still, even after paying his team, the man is laughing all the way to the bank—and to the nearest cold brew.
