Let’s be real for a second. We all have that one thing we keep putting off. Maybe it’s mailing a bill, sending a gift, or picking up a package that was left with a neighbor. When you know the Post Office is shut for four days, that anxiety can fester.
Post Office opening times for Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Monday
Knowing it’s open on Good Friday takes that weight off your shoulders. You can cross that task off your list before the long weekend even really begins. It’s the adult equivalent of finishing your homework on a Friday night. You get to enjoy Saturday, Sunday, and Easter Monday without that nagging thought in the back of your mind.
A quick reality check: not everything is open
Now, let’s not get carried away. It’s still a public holiday, so don’t expect the full weekday service. The opening hours will likely be reduced. Your local branch might open at 9 AM and close by 1 PM, or have a different schedule entirely.
That’s why the smart move is to check online before you go. A quick tap on your phone will tell you the exact times. It takes ten seconds and saves you from a wasted trip. Think of it as a little treasure hunt for convenience.
