First up, Fulham’s Marek Rodak. He played like a man who just drank five espressos. Nervous energy personified.
He made one save that should be in a museum. Then he almost threw the ball into his own net. That’s the fun part. Pure chaos.
On the other side, Middlesbrough’s Zack Steffen looked bored. He stood there like a man waiting for a bus. Then he made a double save that probably saved his team’s entire season. A 7/10 for that moment alone.
Midfield Mayhem
Let’s talk about João Palhinha. He is a human wrecking ball. He tackled a Middlesbrough player so hard, I think the guy’s socks are still spinning. Rated 8/10 for pure destruction.
But here’s the funny part. He also passed the ball directly to a Boro forward. It was a gift. A truly terrible pass. We’ll just call that “entertainment value.”
Middlesbrough’s Hayden Hackney was the opposite. He glided around like a ghost. He didn’t score. He didn’t tackle. He just appeared in space. A mysterious 6/10 for unexplained presence.
