The thing that's really interesting is how Bradbury predicted some of the technology we use today, like flat-screen TVs and portable music players. On page 44, he writes, "The parlor walls were entirely too gothic for my taste...the seashell radios were a bit too much" (Bradbury 44). It's like, whoa, this guy was way ahead of his time, right?
And then there's the whole concept of information overload, which is something we can all relate to in this digital age. As Bradbury says on page 63, "We must all be alike...not everyone born free and equal, as the Constitution says, but everyone made equal" (Bradbury 63). It's like, don't we all feel like we're drowning in a sea of information sometimes?
