But here’s the thing—as annoying as the guessing game is, it’s part of the charm. The uncertainty of the Seattle Seahawks start time is a shared experience. It’s a secret language we all speak.
You see another fan in a Russell Wilson jersey at the grocery store, and you just nod knowingly. You both know the struggle of a 10 AM game. You both know the ritual of making seven different snack platters for a 5 PM game. It bonds us.
So next time the schedule drops, take a deep breath. Set three alarms. Grocery shop on Friday. And remember: no matter when the game starts, the coffee is hot, the couch is ready, and the Seahawks will probably make it exciting until the very last second. Probably, hopefully, maybe.
Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have to check what time next week’s game is. I think it’s 1:05 PM. Or 1:25 PM. Or is it 4:05 PM? I guess I’ll find out on Sunday.
