You might be thinking, “I’ve got SPF 15 in my moisturiser. Job done.”
Nope. That’s like wearing a raincoat made of tissue paper. You need SPF 30 or higher, and you need enough of it.
Most people apply about a quarter of the amount needed. So that SPF 15 moisturiser is actually doing SPF 4. Which is basically nothing.
Think of it this way: a little dab on your forehead is not protecting you. You need a proper dollop. Think biscuit-thick layer.
