Ah, the location factor! If the Seahawks are playing at Lumen Field in Seattle, the time is usually 1:05 p.m. or 1:25 p.m. Pacific. But if they’re traveling—say, to a team on the East Coast—things get weird. An away game in New York might kick off at 10:00 a.m. Seattle time. Yes, that’s breakfast football. Coffee in one hand, foam finger in the other.
Don’t even get me started on international games. If they’re playing in Germany or London, you’ll be watching at 6:30 a.m. on a Sunday morning. That’s not a typo. You’ll need to set your alarm and maybe a Bloody Mary. But hey, Seahawks fans are dedicated—we’ve earned that 12th Man badge.
How to Find the Exact Time
Okay, let’s get practical. You want to know the exact time for this Sunday? I’ve got you covered. Head to the official NFL website or the Seahawks’ own site. They post the schedule with times, and they even update it if the game gets flexed. Flexed is football-nerd speak for “moved to a better time slot by TV networks.”
Another solid option? Download an app like ESPN, Yahoo Sports, or the NFL app. They’ll send you push notifications so you don’t miss a single down. Plus, you can check scores without pretending to listen to your Aunt Susan’s story about her cat. Win-win.
Still confused? Google is your friend. Just type “Seahawks game time Sunday” and it’ll pop right up. Google knows everything—even what you had for breakfast three years ago. It’s scary, but useful.
