I once missed out on tickets because I had my phone on Do Not Disturb. Don’t be that person. Turn off DND. Actually, hold your phone in your hand like a precious egg.
Also, bring a friend. Have one person on a laptop and one person on a phone. Double the chance, double the joy. Celebrate with pizza if you both get tickets. Fight to the death over who gets the aisle seat.
And finally, don’t buy tickets while you’re drunk. You might wake up with tickets to a Broadway show that’s not even running. (Again, personal experience.)
