The new guy—let’s call him “Sam-Jim”—is played by the same actor, so visually it’s the same handsome face. But the show makes Melinda go through a very serious crisis about whether she can love a body that isn’t Jim’s. Spoiler: she gets over it by the next episode, because love conquers celluloid.
