Let’s not forget the professional dancers. They’re the real heroes. They do all the heavy lifting—literally and metaphorically.
Nikita Kuzmin is on the tour. He’s like a gorgeous, brooding storm cloud. He and his celeb partner (whoever that ends up being) will likely do a dramatic paso doble. Expect fire, lasers, and a very serious face.
Carlos Gu is also there. He’s the flamenco king. If you see him spin, you will question your own life choices. And Nancy Xu will be there, probably doing a samba that makes you want to book a flight to Rio.
The full professional line-up is like a who’s-who of “how are they all so bendy?” There’s Kai, Gorka, and Neil. It’s basically a boy band of sequined suits.
The Wildcard Factor (Your Seat Your Drama)
Here’s the secret the show won’t tell you: the judges aren’t all on the tour. Oh, no. It’s usually just Shirley Ballas (the head judge) and maybe one other. But not always.
Sometimes they replace the judges with a “guest judge.” Last year it was a drag queen. This year? Who knows? It could be a Bake Off star. It could be your aunt Brenda if she bribes them enough. Probably not, though.
Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour 2026 announced with Shirley Ballas
The real wildcard? The audience. You vote for the winner each night. Yes, you have the power to upset the established order. You could give the Glitterball to the campy singer over the champion. Chaos is encouraged.
