For the dance fans: Fred again.. is closing the night with a surprise guest. Some think it’s Rihanna. Others think it’s a bag of sentient glow sticks. Honestly, both would slap. His set is expected to last 45 minutes of pure dopamine.
Also, Charli XCX is doing a “Brat Summer” medley. She’s promised to wear a lime green bodysuit covered in actual limes. It’s a fruit theme year, apparently. We’re not complaining.
The Boy Band Revival
Remember One Direction? Well, Niall Horan and Liam Payne are doing a surprise duet. They’re singing “Steal My Girl” but with updated lyrics about stealing each other’s snacks. It’s silly. It’s heartfelt. It’s everything.
Meanwhile, BTS member Jungkook is doing a solo set via live hologram from Seoul. The tech is so advanced, he’ll supposedly be able to touch fans’ hands through a special sensor glove. We’re not sure how that works, but we’re ready to scream anyway.
