I was watching the 2026 Masters with my uncle, who claims he “once shot a 89” (we think he meant 98). Scheffler was on the 18th green, and my uncle said, “This guy’s gonna win. He’s got that look—like a cat that just ate a canary and doesn’t care if you know.” And he did. He tapped in, tipped his hat, and walked off like he was grabbing a coffee from the break room.
How Much Money Has Scottie Scheffler Won In 2026? | Golf Monthly
That’s the thing about Scheffler: he makes winning look easy, like folding a fitted sheet or explaining TikTok to your grandma. It ain’t, but he does it anyway.
The Future (And Your Living Room)
So, will he win more majors? Absolutely. He’s 28 years old, healthy as a horse, and has a swing that’s smoother than butter on a hot biscuit. The number could hit three, four, or even five before you know it. By the time you finish reading this, he might have won another—just kidding, but not really.
For now, you can nod knowingly when someone asks, “How many majors has Scheffler won?” Say “two,” then add, “but he’s got that vibe, you know?” They’ll get it. Because in a world where we all struggle to find a matching sock, watching Scheffler win majors is like finding that sock—rare, beautiful, and a little bit ridiculous.
So grab your remote, take a bite of that snack, and enjoy the show. The count is at two, but the story is just beginning. And if you’re like me, you’ll be rooting for him to win enough to make your own golf game look even worse—and that’s perfectly fine.
