If you’re smart, you’ll just Google “Detroit Lions schedule” and accept your fate. But if you want to be a hero, call your local zoo and ask, “What time do the lions eat?” They’ll give you a precise answer, and you’ll look like a wildlife connoisseur instead of a sad couch potato.
Warning: don’t show up at the zoo expecting the lions to be on like a Broadway show. They’ll be lying there, one eye open, judging you for wearing cargo shorts. That’s their time, not yours.
In the end, the best time to see the lions—any lions—is when you least expect it. Maybe it’s 3:17 PM on a Tuesday. Maybe it’s the moment the Detroit Lions finally win a playoff game (don’t hold your breath).
So, what time is the lions on? Whenever they want to be, pal. And that’s the honest, hilarious, and slightly infuriating truth. Now go check your phone—but prepare for disappointment, either way.
